Muhammad is a visiting PhD researcher at the BIOR Lab, joining from KU Leuven, Belgium. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on data-driven and physics-informed control of energy flexibility in smart building clusters. His research combines reinforcement learning, scientific machine learning, market-oriented optimization, and energy systems modelling to enable intelligent demand-side management and coordination.
Muhammad holds a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering and has collaborated with EnergyVille, a leading research center in energy innovation. Outside the lab, he enjoys podcasting, playing padel & volleyball, and exploring interdisciplinary ideas around technology, society, and productivity.
